We have instituted public KEY authentication because it provides cryptographic strength that even extremely long passwords cannot offer. It improves security considerably as it frees the users from remembering complicated passwords (or worse yet, writing them down). In addition to security, public KEY authentication also offers usability benefits - it allows users to implement single sign-on across the servers they connect to.

Your KEY file has a built in expiration date. After that date, you will need to contact us at (techsupport@appraisenj.net) to renew the service.
